We usually ship within 5 business days (We don't ship on weekends or on Federal holidays). Shipping also depends on how many orders we get during the week. At rare times it may take longer to ship your items, if for some reason your item is not available you will be refunded your money. After we package your item(s) you will get an email with a tracking number. Please include your correct Full name and Address (include Apartment Number if you have one).
